It really all depends on the area you live in. I payed £470 quid on my Leon last year. I'm moving soon and its about a 5 minute walk from my current house. Just because of a different postcode it should drop it by about £30. Insurance is nuts. That does sound high though. Shop around. Just because one insurance company is high doesn't mean they will be like that. Good Luck.
