That particular one isn't Andrews becuase of the colour but it does look suspicious though. Firstly, they describe as a "genuine ford ST part" - it isn't since the ST doesn't come in sea grey. Secondly, why would you sell it for that cheap if it isn't stolen? The only genuine reason I can think of would be if you'd bought a salvage/write-off and were breaking it up for parts, but even then I'd have thought you'd be asking for more than that.
