I didn't get mine through a Ford dealer so don't get the free 1,500 mile "service". All they would normally do is just check stuff like tyre pressures, oil levels and that kind of thing, most people could probably do it themselves.

Haven't noticed any stone chips yet either, I do quite a few motorway miles. Try T-Cut or something like that, if they're small enough then they should just polish out.

Did you go on track at Oulton Park, or was it spectating BTCC or something? If so, how did you get on, what was the car like?
