Well, Esure quoted me £470 on a standard ST.

Adrian Flux quoted me £620 on a standard ST or £580 with a K&N inductin kit and the suspension modifications. Both quotes from Esure and Adrian Flux are comparable with regards excess/protected ncb etc.

Im 27 with 7 years NCB (although only 5 years is recognised). My policy is high due to the area i live in .
