no points involved - just a fine (as far as I can tell from the Dutch Hertz letter anyway?!?!)

Problem is that I'm dealing with 2 problems here - first is the Dutch legal system which has taken 7 months to process the alleged offece and the second is a contract with Hertz that says I'll pay any traffic offences??

I've got a hire car booked this friday in germany and I think I'll be switch to Avis out of spite if they don't take off the admin charges!
