ah yes at Grafham water there are several huge carparks! there is one almost next to the A1 if you take the roundabout at buckden towards perry and grafham water then take a right turn just up there there is a car park just down there on the right that holds a few hundred cars, i will take a drive round there one evening this week on my way home from work and see if is open that early on a sunday morning
