Doesn't sound right, even mine wasn't that bad before I took it into Ford. I know you've done it loads of times before but take it in to the dealer for them to sort it. If your local dealer/place where you bought it doesn't seem to know anything, then go elsewhere, thats what I did. Its under warranty so any Ford garage can look at it.
