Who would you recommend as I would like to upgrade my Fiesta ST?

I have been told Code Red in Stockport install a Jamspeed exhaust system/manifold and induction kit! Apparently this produces 179bhp - Do you know if this is correct as I can't believe just an exhaust system/manifold & induction kit can output this power?
