What did you use to take the photos with? I thought you mentioned something about a cameraphone? I know when I take and send pictures on mine (a Motorola) it sends them in jpg format. All I then have to do is save them from my email inbox to my hard drive and then I have no problems in uploading them. Not sure what you could be doing wrong Peter...
