Cosworth inlet will drain your bank balance and give you about 1/2 BHP increase.
Intercooler is turbo/supercharged only as previous comment.
A cosworth inlet won't improve on a turbo/super either. Forced induction makes sure the air gets there no matter if you've left the standard manifold on or fitted a £60,000 Cosworth one (for 1/2 BHP as stated)
You may as well light your cigarettes with £10 notes, you'd save more money.
