Always declare your mods - not worth them not paying out if you're unlucky enough to have an accident. Plus as your insurance would technically be void, is it not effectively illegal as you're technically driving round without insurance?

My current insurer (who I will be leaving when my policy runs out) charge £25 admin plus extra per month depending on the mod! Although it can be costly, it is worth it!
