He isnt doing much with weights, it was more his fitness that was letting him down, the trouble was getting him to run, he does run now but they are now doing a lot of sprints to get his heart pumping. Using heavier gloves to spa and train with, he loves it to be honest and it keeps him fit, asked if he wanted a night off tonight but he wanted to go, we there in the morning as well.
