Also agree with all the votes for Trains,Planes and Automobiles. Crammed with classic quotes but one of my favourites is the country hick giving them a lift to the station. Describing his small wife as being stronger than she looks as she tries to lift John Candy's huge trunk. "her first baby came out sideways ... she didn't scream or nuthin'"
