Not sure where exactly it happened, may not even have been in Northampton. I don't think it was anyone who knew what they were doing as the culprit has made a right pig's ear of it all. The wheel caps are now chipped and if they had been taken off it would obviously show that they were forced off. Looks like they used a screwdriver
