Basically most of medium to large companies outsource their print requirements to "print managers" (they companies I'm getting interviews with). My job is to make sure that when they need something (anything from business cards right through to corporate brochures & direct mail). they get it, when they want, to the spec they want and at the price they want. I deal with negotiating prices through to post delivery problems. It's a very varied job which is why i like it so much.
