Does anyone know if you can have factory options retro-fitted by ?

For example, my has the standard air-con but could I have climate control fitted instead if I wanted to? Or did everything have to be built with the car to start with?

I only ask because (hopefully) in a short while I may be able to upgrade to a Focus , and I would like an ST-3 with every single option fitted! Greedy I know!
