Lots of places don't unfortunately. I think there's five Shell's in whole of Cumbria, none of which are anywhere near me. Bizarely one of the one's left is in a place called Millom, which is at the end of one of the biggest cul-de-sacs in Europe and in fact if you carry on driving past it you end up dropping off the end of the Earth.
