I'm up not intentionally i can't sleep so I've resorted to buying a 1 hour long track from itunes which is filled with rain, wind and a mild thunderstorm as rain helps me relax.

(Before anyone calls me a soppy bastard, it helps me relax okay everything else is manly i can guarantee )
