Right as many of you are aware you can't get buy a badgeless grille off the shelf...so the only option is to get one made up! This can be expensive or you can DIY it and fail!

I have had an idea...

If you take a standard grille and cut the middle out but leave the outside frame.

So then you have an empty middle bit.

With this you put some mesh in and either screw or glue it on to the frame.

Thus making a badgeless grille!
