A little trick (very novice way of doing it but still...):

Find the picture you want and open it so it fills the screen

Press 'Print Screen'

Paste it into Paint (Ctrl + V or File -> Paste)

Zoom Out to the desired picture size in Paint

Press 'Print Screen' again

Paste back into Paint

Crop and Save


Obviously some programs have features for resizing images and making them suitable fort forums, websites, email etc but just thought I'd share my 'dummies' guide
