Lo suspension sell 35mm springs with next day delivery for £75.

You do not need to do the alignment after fitting the springs as it shouldn't change it.

Fitting all 4 springs takes about 1 hour, so whatever the hourly rate is on your area.

The axle spacers bring the rear wheels out by 12.5mm each side. Makes the handling better and when lowered, brings the top of the wheel equal to the arch which makes it look better.

The kit is around £25 from Ford (Make sure you get the bolts also) and is well worth doing.
