It's not bringing it into line though with the private sector it's punishing us because they think they can get away with it. Honestly, do you think a Teacher, Policeman, Fireman, Ambulance crew etc etc can keep working until the age of 68? We do physically demanding jobs, I would invite anyone to come and spend a day with me teaching teenagers Physical Education and tell me they are not physically and mentally tired after it. I can't do that until I'm 68! That's just one of the issues, the pension percentages are also ridiculous, but it will take me hours to explain it.
