personally mate I would book them separate and get the nights cheaper.
I booked each night separate.

Theoretically they can put you in a different room each night, but i doubt it as it would mean a full clean of each room after just 1 day

if I was to book 3 together it was gonna be the same price £97.50, but booking 3 nights separately only cost me £52.50

and if they do make you change room, big deal, i will only have 1 small bag and my laptop so can easily have that in my car

oh and if your coming down on saturday how come you will book 3 nights? you gonna stay monday also and drive back tuesday?
