It isn't good the way it seems you've been messed about, if not too surprising if they've already got your money off you. TBH, that thing about them being away sick sounds like its prob just an excuse to me. All you can do is keep on hassling them and hopefully they'll get sick of hearing from you and get everything sorted out!!
