I am slightly gutted to have to say I can not make Xmas dinner :-(

I have done something to my back this week and have found I am struggling to sit for any period of time and the best I have managed in the car without been in agony is 30 mins, so I don't think it's wise to drive the 200 mile round trip :-( looks like old age is setting in early!
