For the radio, Air-Con, Recirc, Window Heaters you'll need appc 30x SMD 1206 and about a dozen x PLCC
I bought mine from an ebayer called Jeledhk in China. Fast delivery and excellent quality. I bought 50 of each.

Cardas Solder and Rosin Flux from ebay would be a very good idea too, it's really good stuff.
