When I did mine I put a plastic bag over the battery didn't need to over the filter as I have a cias. Then have it a light spray with the jet wash after that sprayed the full bay with megs engine degreaser and aggitated it abit then another light jet down to rinse it dryed as much as possible after then put engine on ( take bag of filter first ) and keep runing until dry then dressed with bare bones job done
