It simply attaching to a hose pipe...very foamy, you can buy refills without having to buy the hose section all the time <img src="/images/graemlins/thumbs.gif" alt="" />

Bought and tried it on my garden hose. Was pretty much a failure as all I got was white water. I'll put that down to only having 2 bar water pressure as using the same stuff in my decades old karcher foam lance there was a huge improvement.
