Jack will be in charge of the site equipment. I would appreciate that everyone attending can help him with putting up and down (please try and keep the flags off the floor and from getting wet),

The items were purchased from extremely kind donations from members and come to a total of £850 so clearly would be difficult to replace. I would ask that everyone attending just casts an eye over to ensure their security and also safe return. These always look great on our stand so want to preserve and protect them for as long as possible.

I really hope you all have a great time. Sorry I couldn't be there with you this year.
