just got back from Ford, car was delivered back last night 6pm ish and it started this morning so a good sign. Collected car an hour ago, fired up immediate, ticking over like rally car on it's new TB, took it for a short blast really sharp, much more than before, picks up rapid, no doubt due to the new clean TB, sounding great, burbling and popping.
First thing I noticed was steering was so heavy moving off the garage compared to the Mk7 hire car, my clutch just went to the floor so light again comparing and I thought the Mk7 had a nice and short gear shift, so wrong my mountune short shifter only moves a few inches, really weird changing cars.
