Hi everyone. Its my first time posting here so go easy

I have an ST500 and i have installed the mountune CAIS and i have a full milltek exhaust about to go on.

I was wondering about a few things things... Would it be beneficial to get an inlet manifold after this or is it only for after cams?

And also, what power are people really getting from a full system and CAIS?

Finally, would it be beneficial to map the car with the exhaust and CAIS? or does it make very little difference?
