doubt that would have worked, it was just too late they had dried right into the paint surface nothing but a polish would remove them, I'll stick with my usual AF spray wax in future, 10 min job, job done.
Might use it up on the wheels, quick spray and rinse off as I do each one, other than that it's down the drain.
