As some of you know i got knocked off my bike the other week well just to give you all an update i have got a cheque in my hands and altohugh the cheque inst the final settlement figure i can tell you it will make a good car deposit

She hasnt admited liablity but they have given in me on the basis she is in the wrong

I would imagine that giving you a cheque is like admitting and accepting that she was wrong...?!?
