Im thinking about upgrading my Pc on the outside(yes i am mad and yes im only doing it so it will conform with my room)

With cordless keyboards and mice..how far can they be used away from the actual pc

Thanx

I bought my girlfriend one and hers goes all the way across her room, only problem is she can get so far away from the screen that she cant see the text on it .
Think hers went about 5 metres and it was still fine.

I think they are supposed to work at like a range of a few metres or so, but at that distance you wouldn't be able to see what you were typing Usually depends on what type of stuff you have around that interferes with them like mobile phones.

Thanx for the help guys..My rooms pretty spacious (excuse spelling)
So i think i'll give it a try

You must have super magnifying eyesight then!

Damn forgot about the 'being able to see the text'
Binoculars

hehe, tell you what i'll come round and read it out for you while you type

Its alright on msn , u can just bump up the text size, but evrything else is too small.

thats true, and in windows you can have the onscreen magnifyer to make everything really large for people with bad eyesight, see, problem solved
