Well their other one (imperial blue) is a 1.4 so there's a good chance it has a flying 95bhp engine under the bonnet http://www.pumaspeed.co.uk/showdetails.php?id=261&pic=3 It seems to be missing the front grille too. Still, closest look to an RS fiesta concept your gonna get at the minute. Looks the part certainly but the same look can be achieved by buying the kit and doing it yourself.
