Welcome to the site... I'm coming back down south to live in Petersfield for a short period... You're not too far away... maybe we could sort a meet up at some stage? One thing I have noticed is your side stripes are very high!!! You look a little silly half way up your door. I would get them to move them down but in the flesh they may look good? the car is a 2005, so yes it's second hand.
as for the sticker they look fine to me and the dealer told me they are factory fitted.
