hia again.. i sent my payment off last week but it came back because i was silly enough to forget the postcode.. but sent again!! Sorry if you get it late. Me and Mel might be coming down on the saturday if we can find somewhere cheap enough to stay!! haha

that doesn't sound bad, we'll only need to stay saturday night and travel home on sunday after all the days events have been done.

there not many room left in that hotel! think there only 4 room left! otherwise there plenty on that site to find what ur looking for!

The meetin place will be the car park opposite Coleshill Leisure Centre, in Coleshill, Warwickshire. It's where we have all met up before a few meets, and is a nice convenient place, just a few minutes off the motorway. Map here, along with postcode for route planner/sat nav:
With regards to the hotel you're stopping in, it's around quarter of an hour from there.
I suggest that everyone tries to be there by 11am on the Sunday morning. Although it should only take 10/15 minutes to get to the restaurant, I know what we're like, tend to get to the meeting place later than we should, so should make sure there's still plenty of time, and we're in no rush.
