At last - phoned the dealer today, and my car has been shipped, so on it's way to the uk He said I should get it *possibly* end of May or early June :D

Isn't it great when you are finaly told that your car has been built.
Mine is still in Germany but should have it in my hands by middle of June.

How long did everyone have to wait between build date and actual delivery?

i was very lucky with mine visited my local ford dealer on the 2nd of january watched them unload it , test drove it loved it bought it and picked it up on the 6th january dealer waited weeks for another one to arrive to put in the showroom!

There is always someone who has to rub it in your face.
Only joking could have had my car lot sooner if opted for red interior but wanted blue so had to be newly built.
Not long to go now though.
Me can't wait. So excited.
People at work say I'm stupid as is just a piece of metal.

Thanks mate. Already planning all country roads that will be throwing it down.
First will have to be A537 between Macclesfield and Buxton and poss Buttertubs Pass in Yorkshire.

right update... Phoned today, and it's in Dagenham, awaiting shipping to the dealer... If it arrives by Weds nxt week, then I can have it Saturday. Otherwise any day the week after.

The only reason I got mine so quick was the dealer had a blue one in which they were going to register as a demonstrator.......I got there first though!

another update.... Got a numberplate today and all being well can get it this Saturday (4th) omg I soooo hope so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
