No I don't think so.

Assuming the Fiesta platform wasn't designed to take 4 wheel drive, the most they can put through the fronts is 250bhp. I think with the short wheelbase and track it'll buck around too much with all that power. The heavier wider Focus RS has been criticised in part for that very problem. I just don't think the Fiesta could comfortably handle much over 220bhp as an everyday road car.

I wouldn't totally rule it out... back in the days of the Saph, I'm sure most people would have thought that the Escort was too small a car for that much power...

I think it depends on how extreme they would be willing to take the Cosworth branding - and judging from what Jost said... probably not that much sadly.

I mean seriously though, his saying that the Focus Cosworth 'might not even have air-con' is hardly a call of the wild. I'd like to think that a raucious Fiesta could be made (with a roll cage as standard??) and would sell well. Imagine if they did a limited run of 500?
