hello, recently got my 07 plate zetec-s tdci, but its making a rattle from the front grille area, only does it when just about idle, sounds like plastic vibrating, its been into ford but there useless, only thing i can see is the hard plastic hose coming from the top of the expansion tank is loose because it keeps comin out of its locater???

anyone else had this?

ford useless eh....well you want to take it back and get a mechanic to go out with you and get him to listen to the rattle for himself and then ask for a courtesy car while they get it sorted how ever long it takes.

Not wishing to hijack the thread or anything. But i am just about to pick up a ZS tdci and was wondering if you could tell me tomtom what revs the car sits at around 80mph?
