Just to add that I am one of the people who can't get on the site at work (I don't have internet access there, though that hasn't stopped me moderating by proxy from time to time by email
). It's usually the case that one of us is around, so if anything does happen then it will be picked up very quickly.
There is quite a lot of work involved especially in organising the meets and shows, that isn't always seen, but I know that I think it's worth every bit of effort that's put in. We all work really well as a team and I'm sure this will long continue!
