Hi Guys,

Tryiny to take off my K&N 57i as I have a service next weekend and didnt want to risk voiding my warranty. I kept a box of all the parts that were taken out. I have found a bracket which has been removed but reading over the notes that came with the K&N I cant seem to find where it goes. Does any one have any good pics to go by? or better instructions.

I know you're trying to do it in reverse here, ie. putting the standard one back on, but there's a guide here on how to FIT the K&N with pictures:

I'm not sure if this will maybe help by going backwards through that?

What about a picture of the bracket??
It sounds like the one for the resonator that goes by the engine ECU

erm....I'm hoping someone can help me out on this! - surely someone knows if I've gone wrong or not. There just like oversized lego pieces to me so anybody who knows please shout!

It is the resonator, yes.
It mounts to the N/S front chassis rail just behind the engine ECU mounting point under the battery.
Take the resonator off the bracket then fit the bracket, it'll only go on the correct way so don't worry.
