The facelift came out in November 2005, so yours is definitely a facelift model.

The facelift model is some cars with 55 plate (like mine),06, 56, 07, 57, 08 and going forward until they change the shape again. An easy way to tell is to look at the headlights, facelift models have the bobble on the headlamps, pre-facelift are flat.
