i have convertered my 1.4 zetec to a 2,0 st i know the fuel flow goes to fuel rail i dont know where return goes can anyone help please just need to know where it connects cheers

AFAIK there's no return on ST150, it's controlled by the tank pressure regulator.

hi there thanks for ur replie just wondering my pump runs constanly its burnt out two fuel pumps on me any ideas

Do you have a 2.0L fuel pump? if not, the 1.4 pump will be working overtime to feed the fuel to a bigger engine and so 'burning out'.

You need the ST tank, the fuel pressure regulator is in the tank on a ST and on the Fuel rail on 1.25/1.4 it waits for a signal from the PCM to tell it to shut off.
