I was trying to upload my images in the usual way when it kept saying things like "No Image Selected" or "File 1 is not an image" when they are (jpegs etc etc). Just wondered if there was a problem with the Uploader.

did happen to me before on some picture I took from internet don't no why either probably something to do with the format I guess

I thought that but my pictures are in the same format they've always been in since I've used this forum. I kept re-uploading them and they would only show up if you uploaded them one at a time, showing half pics or those white boxes with red X's in them and then eventually nothing

The image hosting is currently linked off the site and there is currently problems as you both has noticed. Don't worry we picked up on it a few days ago and are currently sorting it out...

Leave it with us and hopefully the issue will be resolved very shortly.

For the mean time... if there is any important images please just e-mail them to admin@fordfiestast.co.uk and i'll upload them and send you the links.

you can also create free accounts such as mediafire.com which will upload and link pictures for you.

Hi Everyone

Just to let you all know that the problems we've been having with the Image Uploader have now been resolved, so everyone can now go back to using it for any images which they wish to put on the site.

I would like to give a big thank you to this site's owner Hugh, for sorting out the problems we were experiencing.

arhh the image upoader problem raising its ugly head again i ask,why oh why do i get the mediaboard popping up when i want to upload some pics and how do i get shut of it so i can get to image uploader argg its so annoying. and yes i know its some time ago since i uploaded some pics but now when i want i can,t.

Yes it's been saying that for a little while now, as that's the kind of message that is displayed when a URL has expired. The images are all backed up so don't worry about it doing that.

Once again I apologise for the delay in getting the uploader back up and running again, along with all the old images displayed again in the threads but it's out of our hands at the minute, it's not that myself and Scotty aren't doing anything to sort things. I know it's frustrating for everyone, the team included, but hopefully it will be back soon.

we will be able to alter all the old links to get them back. At the moment we are just waiting for Hugh, who has the rights to the Image Uploader, to complete the transfer of all the images to a new address, and then we will be able to do this.

I am sorry for the time that it is taking for this to be done, but Hugh is very busy, so I hope that everyone can continue baring with us at present.
