My Mrs cleans my windows i dont know how she does it but it comes up mega clean.(vinegar and news paper)

I have found that AutoGlymm Glass cleaner is the best I have ever tried, in or out, also use a proper glass cloth, autoglymm do one or a halfords own make etc.

Is that the stuff that goes white, then u kinda have to buff it off? (or am i thinking about something else! and no i'm not thinking about polish before anyone says it!)

Agreed, for the inside, it's top notch.
Whilst the vinegar is out, get a clean cloth and wipe it over the wiper blades. They'll not squeal again.
