Hi peeps, new to the forums here and hope to get some advive and help. Bought a 1.6 zetec climete focus about 1 - 2 months ago and on the way home from work yesterday I saw a lovely little 07 plate fiesta (colorado red, full leather int) in my local garage for £9999 so decided to go for it. Waiting to pick it up on Wednesday.
Any advice on anny aspect of owning and running the baby would be greatly appreciated.

The ST I have waiting to be picked up

Looks great! As STrick says, fuel consumption is certainly a factor! I'm sure you will love it though, it's a great car!

From experience of owning Focus 1.6s you'll be quite suprised how little worse the ST is on fuel.

2.0 engine pulling a puny bodyshell vs 1.6 pulling a heavy Focus bodyshell

It's just that the tank on the Fiesta is smaller than the Focus's which makes you think it's worse on fuel.

I bought mine fairly impulse as well, and it was a fantastic move. I love the car, it cheers me up even when it's pissing it down at 7am. As for petrol consumption, I drove a 1.1l 206 before my ST, and yes it is a big difference. However, I'd say it is worth every penny (and there are alot of them thanks to the avg £1.10 per litre where I live). Let us know what you think when u get it Conrgats.

very true but makes you think that was cheap to fill a 2.0 litre tank lol

I think you can use any other uploader site still?

Otherwise you can use photobucket or similar to host them on their site
