can anyone point out difference between this two as I am also searching an induction kit

http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?Prod=57-0631

or

http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?Prod=69-4002TB

the first is the 57I whick most people have fit and also cheap to buy, the second one is the typhoon which is much more expensive and the cone go down to the lower grille of the ST bumper but don't think there a big BHP difference between those two

£65 for a snail? How fast does it go?

I would be interested in the GG induction kit but I can't stand faux carbon / carbon effect stuff - I'd sooner have black plastic than black plastic with painted squares on it!

Can somebody get a clsoe up of the bit I'm talking about.....(induction kit, not snail) I'd like to see how easy it would be to take a splash mould and make a real carbon one

will this do..

Actually the fake carbon bit is pretty well hidden out the way.

It looks like its rivited to the cone housing so you'd have to drill them out prior to taking a moulding. Doesn't look impossible to mould but it still seems a tad expensive for a K&N with a bit of aluminium around it.

Are the performance claims real?

Graham Goode Racing have been around for a long time now and from what i've read, are very well respected in the racing community.
For them to lie about these figures would prove to be profesionally disastrous.
I cant see why these figures aren't achievable unless there is someone who has one fitted and has had it tested.
Anyway, it's bound to work well. That's why I went for it.

I expect so Bradders. But it looks simple from the instructions.

BTW, the hose is apparently available in red.
