Any chance of putting Pacman in the Games?

Is that possible?

I think ST_ONE is getting tired of being the champion of everything and would like to give Pacman83 a run for his money.

I am having problems with adding it... the screen should be black and not white and also its not accepting the scoring as you stated.

I will have to spend more time on it when i get chance but i have work to do now... I did try guys... sorrrrrry. I shall add a few others also once i get chance.

For the time being...

Play this :)

It's so close to the US World Championship tournament that there's no chance of me looking at this one for a bit.
It would take a few weeks to assertain the individual charateristics of each of the ghosts on this flash game, then a little time to construct a pattern in order to achieve a decent score.

Just a simple summary. I'll PM you Dave if you'd like the in depth version.

Incidentally, what is the highest score anyone's had on this flash game ?

I think some of the high scores might be borked. On the index it says the pool HS is 1800 but in game it says its 4000 or so.

How about blanking all the scores and starting a clean sheet.
Sometimes with arcades someone gets some uber score and no-one can get anywhere near it. It's nice to let everyone have a fresh crack at it.

Pac Man is not recording any scores. I did get 79,200 today but hey, it's only a game
BTW - This flash game has a random path sequence for each individual ghost. Therefore it's near impossible to evaluate thier paths or characteristics. Also, the tunnel has no 'safe haven' as in the original game. The Brown ghost will never enter the tunnel from the L/H side besides when the red one is at full speed (or with less than 22 dots remaining).
I expect, once mastered, you could 'entice' the ghosts into running the direction you want them to (or within a quarter of the maze) but nowhere near the original. Cool reproduction though.

They used to have one on facebook - don't know the technicalities of the sequences but it seems this one is similar. I got a topscore of 64k on facebook before they removed the game

Really hard to get past there!

Ok... bit of an update for you all if you are interested.

Our arcade version is v1.8 which in computing terms is like your old grandma trying to run.

So...

After my Uni finishes at the start of June (I bet you lot are all fed up of me saying that lol). I shall implement the new version which is v3.0 ... ok... all go woooooooOOOooooooo well... it's going to cost us $20 to buy it from the developer so it's hardly worth me coding it myself.

It will be able to play all these types of games then as currently it only plays vBulletin games and, guess what, you need a license with them to download them... well sod that... just get the v3.0 and download what ever we wish.

I will sort it all out soon... theres LOADSSSSSSSSSSSS of changes to come... I've been working very very hard behind the scenes

Wil the new version mean that you get past the 1st maze Scotty ?

BTW, thanks for all your hard work mate.

It's just a bug in the software which is causing that. We are hoping to implement a new version of the arcade software at some point, which will solve problems such as this, and also allow us to have a greater range of games in the arcade.
