not happy now. As referred to above by me, CLF (made for aston martin, Lotus and BMW) were put in administation last month, so I do not want a CLF exhaust fitted that may develop a fault later down the line and I can not get a CLF replacement. I guess I would have to source (garage would) an equivalent that fits/matches the part removed if in deed it did. This info is what I heard on the grapevine and I did hear that Piper want to do the whole system. Have sent a message to Mountune for re-assurance on this before I part with my money which I was going to do tommorrow but now not. If the exhausts are at some stage down the line changed from CLF to another then it would be sensible to wait.
Anyone offer advice ?

Buy it anyway... If the exhaust goes under its warranty, they would have to replace it with the same or similar.
Its only a bit of metal tubing at the end of the day.

thanks all, out on my my bike now, if I can get back in time later will be going down with my deposit, here is reply from Mountune the very helpful David Jones:-
We have extensive stocks of parts so supply is unlikely to be an issue in the medium term. However CLF are just one of many suppliers that we use. The exhaust design is unique to ourselves and we would re-source components to one of our alternatives should an existing supplier be unable to support. This applies to all components.
